Right of withdrawal and returns at Greenmove.uk – Important Information
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return unused, fault-free items within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Uncollected Orders
If you do not collect your order from the delivery point, the right to cancel does not apply. In such cases, an administrative and handling fee of £25 will be deducted from any refund to cover return and processing costs.
